Commercial bank “Consumer Finance Company” (OJSC)

Commercial bank “Consumer Finance Company” earlier (from 2006 year) entered the group under the name of "Naytov" (Ltd), but on the 5 of April 2007 was officially renamed in Commercial bank “Consumer Finance Company”. On becoming the part of the group CFC-bank attained essential growth, by increasing the own capital to 1.3 bn. rubles with assets of 1.9 bn. rubles. The adequacy level of the bank capital amounted to 68%.

Bank carries out all basic banking operations, presented on the financial market, including services for private clients, corporate clients and financial organizations.

In its business CFC bank is guided by international rules and standards. At present, the priority business line of bank is strengthening its positions on the retail market.

CFC bank realizes a long-term strategy, aimed at geographical diversification of business and development business contacts on the inter-regional level.

Under the license (NO3385) the bank has the right on effecting operations with Rubles and foreign currency, attracting funds from individual customers, placing deposits, opening and serving individual accounts, settlement and cash services by customer order.

From august 2006 CFC bank is included in system of obligatory Insurance of Individual deposits.

Consumer Finance Company. Leasing (Ltd) was the first company to enter CFC group in November 2004.

CFC.Leasing is a universal leasing company which offers financial leasing of a wide range of equipment and vehicles, both new and used. Forthe past 2,5 years the company has acquired a wide experience in conducting various complicated deals.
